The tech offered a good solution that eliminated the noise. He replaced the springs, tightened all the bolts and stuff and presented a very fair price. I got a quote to replace the door (it was less than I thought it would be) and I plan to hire them next year to do just that. The tech was very friendly and easy to work with.
